DESCRIPTION:Alison is delighted to be working with Nottingham Trent University on a 1-day workshop to equip you with everything you need to become a freelancer. In this workshop\, you’ll learn how to work ‘on’ your freelancing and prepare yourself so you are best positioned to find the work you want to do. \nA recent report on freelancing showed that 47% of work in the creative industries is freelance. It’s highly likely that graduates will need to be ready to work as freelancers if not by design\, then by necessity – whether it be traditional self-employment or short-fixed contract work\, either way these graduates will need to think like freelancers. \n*This workshop is only suitable for any NTU student or graduate (within 3 years of graduating) \n\nEvent details: \n\nSaturday 28 January 2023\, 10 am OR: Saturday 28 January 2023\, 4 pm \n**You can attend either the Wednesday or the Saturday session.
