Photography, Video and Audio Consent Statement

Mission Accomplished, representing the Next Generation Creatives Work Experience (Pilot), together with the industry host, may take images, video recordings and/or audio during the upcoming work experience placement. These may be used for internal and external communications purposes.

The photography, video, and audio may be used in both print and digital formats. This includes, but is not limited to:

Print publications
Websites
E-marketing
Advertising
Social media
Teaching and research purposes

Recordings may be used in edited or non-edited formats. All data will be stored securely on the placement company’s servers for future use. If no longer required, it will be securely deleted in line with our privacy policies.

As this placement is delivered in collaboration with Mission Accomplished, representing the Next Generation Creatives programme (funded by ScreenSkills), we may also share a selection of images and/or video with ScreenSkills for the purpose of promoting their activities.

Please note: We will only use your personal information to document your consent options for photography, video and/or audio. Limited data may need to be retained to ensure your non-consent is recorded, taken in reference to the placement that you opt-out of.

Consent is not a precondition of placement attendance, and you can refuse consent without detriment. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting wex@mission.guru.

Please note that while we will be able to remove photographs on request from the website, we will not be able to remove photographs from print publications or frames within video. However, we would not use your content for any further publications, video or audio.
