Thank you for attending one of our Start Your HETV Career events! We recommend you look at the Mission Accomplished online resources thoroughly before completing this application for a 1-week paid placement on a High-end Television (HETV) production in their region.

This paid placement is designed to give you first-hand experience of what it’s like to work on an HETV TV drama series and help you gain valuable experience and networks.

There are 10 placements available in total across 4 regions (North East, North West, West Midlands, South West – which means approximately 2-3 placements available per region).

Successful applicants will be matched with a local production where they will spend a week as part of the crew. We aim to match placements with the department preference of the participant but this is subject to discussion with the local production.

The placements on this programme are specifically designed to support young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds to access opportunities in the screen industries.

All placements on this programme are exclusively for participants who meet this widening participation criterion.
