The West Midlands screen sector is growing — and Creative Content, Techniques and Technologies is one of the region’s priority growth clusters, creating real opportunities for local crew, freelancers and residents with existing transferable skills.
Productions including Peaky Blinders, MasterChef, The Hairdresser Mysteries, Great British Menu, Garden Rescues andSilent Witness are produced in the region. Digbeth Loc studios is open for business and the BBC’s new Midlands headquarters at The Tea Factory in Digbeth is scheduled to open in 2027.
