Mentoring details:

  • Aiming for 4 x 60-minute mentoring sessions, approximately one session per month.
  • Mentoring sessions are to be arranged between the mentor and mentee. They can be online or in person.
  • Fee of ยฃ300 total ex. VAT to be invoiced monthly in arrears, on 30-day payment terms.
  • Any additional fees must be agreed in writing by the Director.
  • Expenses will only be paid with prior written agreement from Mission Accomplished Ltd and must align with our Supplier Expenses Policy (available on request).

  • There is no need to post invoices if you have emailed them.
  • All payments will be made by bank transfer โ€“ please include your bank details on the invoice.
  • If you are charging VAT (currently at 20%), please include your VAT registration number.
  • Our standard payment terms are 30 days. We cannot accept shorter terms unless contractually agreed in advance.

Mentors โ€“ Safeguarding

As aโ€ฏMentorโ€ฏon our training programme Early to Mid-Level Upskilling in Film & TV, we ask that you comply with our Safeguarding Guide for Engagements, which includes the following actions:

  • Please provide a copy of your ID โ€“ e.g. passport or driving licence.
  • Please provide a copy of your latest CV and/or LinkedIn profile to evidence your level of experience as an industry professional.
  • Be aware of our Designated Safeguarding Leads and reach out with any concerns or queries.

    Safeguarding Code of Conduct

    Please be advised of our safeguarding guidelines for all Mission Accomplished mentoring sessions:

    • Respect and dignity: We treat every individual with respect and uphold their dignity at all times. Be mindful of personal boundaries and always ask for consent when offering assistance.
    • Confidentiality: Any personal or sensitive information shared by participants must remain confidential and not be discussed outside of the mentoring session. If someone discloses something concerning, please bring it to the attention of the Mission Accomplished Safeguarding Lead immediately.
    • Safety and well-being: Mentoring should provide a confidential and safe space where mentees and mentors can discuss and share experiences of working in the industry. If you notice any signs of distress or feel that someoneโ€™s safety may be at risk, report it to the Mission Accomplished Safeguarding Lead immediately. Never attempt to handle safeguarding concerns on your own.
    • Use of language: Please be mindful of the language you use. Avoid any language that could be seen as offensive, discriminatory, politically motivated, or belittling. Use clear, respectful, and supportive language, keeping in mind that some participants may have communication difficulties or specific needs. Inappropriate use of language will result in your removal from the training and termination of this Agreement.
    • Professionalism: The relationship should remain professional at all times. Your role is to mentor the participants in a safe, positive environment. If you have any questions or concerns at any point, please ask the Mission Accomplished Safeguarding Lead.
    • Clothing and political statements: Avoid wearing clothing that may be interpreted as a political statement. This includes, but is not limited to, slogans, logos, or symbols that reference political parties, movements, or ideologies. Our aim is to create an inclusive and neutral training environment where all participants feel comfortable and respected. If you are unsure whether a particular item of clothing is appropriate, please consult the Mission Accomplished Safeguarding Lead before attending the session.
