These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your booking and attendance at training events organised by Mission Accomplished Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using an electronic Ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which set out important information about admission, substitutions, refunds, safety, liability, and privacy. Please read them carefully before attending the Event.

Definitions. In these Terms & Conditions, “Organiser”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Mission Accomplished Ltd; “Event” means the training course or related session; and “Ticket” means an electronic ticket or pass issued for admission. These terms apply to in-person and online training unless stated otherwise.
Electronic tickets only. Admission requires a valid electronic Ticket presented on a compatible device (or printed copy of the e-ticket) and matching identification if requested. Protect your Ticket barcode/QR code—unauthorised sharing may invalidate entry.
ScreenSkills attendance & feedback. For funded places, attendees must confirm their attendance directly with ScreenSkills via their ScreenSkills profile and, if requested, provide feedback which may include a short quote about their experience. Failure to complete funder confirmation or feedback when requested may affect eligibility for future funded places.
ScreenSkills registration requirement. It is a condition of booking that you register and maintain an active ScreenSkills profile. Failure to complete this registration prior to the Event will result in forfeiture of your place, and any fees paid will be non-refundable.
Security and admission. We and the venue may refuse admission, conduct security searches, and apply reasonable safety measures. Anyone behaving in a way that may cause damage, injury, nuisance, or safety risk may be refused entry or removed without refund.
Check your order. Please review all details at purchase; mistakes cannot always be rectified. Contact us promptly if you spot an error.
Transfers and substitutions. Tickets are not for resale and may be invalidated if resold. Delegate substitutions are permitted only with our prior written consent and must be requested at least 72 hours before the Event start time; substitutes must meet all eligibility criteria and any ScreenSkills requirements for funded places (including having/using a ScreenSkills profile and completing any funder confirmations). Substitutions are subject to the approval of either ours or ScreenSkills as appropriate.
Fees. In addition to the Ticket price, booking, transaction, and/or supplementary fees may apply. These fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we recover them. Fee amounts will be shown during checkout.
Refunds, cancellations, and changes. Except as stated here, Tickets are non-refundable. If the Event is rescheduled or moved, you may retain your Ticket for the new date/location or, where offered, exchange it. If the Event is cancelled, we will offer either a transfer to a future Event or a refund of the Ticket price (excluding non-recoverable fees). We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other consequential costs.
Public health & safety. The Event may operate in line with applicable laws, guidance, and venue/sponsor requirements relating to infectious diseases or public health. We may manage attendee flow, require specific measures, or vary delivery to remain compliant. Where legally required or reasonably requested by the venue/Organiser, you must follow applicable health and safety measures.
Outdoor/indoor conditions. Events planned outdoors will proceed in all weather unless deemed unsafe by the safety officer. No refunds are issued for bad weather. Please dress appropriately; if conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning, severe winds), we may pause, relocate, or reschedule.
Programme changes. We may alter content, timings, speakers, or format where reasonably necessary or due to circumstances beyond our control. Any such changes do not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
Late admission. We will try to admit latecomers at a suitable break but cannot guarantee admission. Please check your route and local travel conditions in advance.
Personal property. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event. Consider avoiding valuables or using secure storage where available.
Recording and photography. Visitors may be filmed, photographed, or recorded by the Organiser (and trusted partners) for security, documentation, and promotional purposes. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws—see our Privacy Policy for details.
Attendee recordings. Video and sound recordings by attendees are not permitted unless you have our prior written permission. Reasonable note-taking is permitted unless otherwise stated.
No commercial use. You may not make any commercial (non-private) use of the Event or its content without our prior written consent. Branding and course materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Animals. Animals are not permitted except for trained guide, assistance, or hearing dogs. Please notify us in advance if you will be attending with an assistance dog.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes, transport failures, utility outages, fire, flood, severe weather, epidemic/pandemic, or government action). Where practicable, we will reschedule or adapt delivery (e.g., move online).
Liability. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with the Event is limited to the Ticket price paid. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts/omissions of third parties (such as venues or transport providers).
Travel and timing. Please check Event details, timings, parking, and travel routes before setting out; these may change. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions to your travel.
Privacy. By using the Mission Accomplished website (and in particular by submitting your application for The WonderHub to Mission Accomplished Ltd), you give your consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how we process your personal data.
Statutory rights. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights. Consumers may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation.
Governing law. These Terms are construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WHEREAS
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the provision of Services by Mission Accomplished Limited ("We" or "Supplier"), a company registered in England and Wales under number 11165355 whose registered office is at Unit 319 Zellig, Gibb Street, Birmingham B9 4AT to the customer ("You" or "Customer").
2. You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions which form the basis of the Contract between us from the earlier of your acceptance of our quotation or the date of provision of the Services. 
3. These Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of any other terms that the You may seek to include, impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.
DEFINITIONS
In this Agreement unless the context otherwise requires:
4. The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
5. Words denoting the singular shall include the plural and vice-versa, and reference to any gender shall be construed to include any other gender.
SERVICES
6. We warrant that we will use reasonable care and skill in our performance of the Services including any specification in all material respects. We can make any changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement, and we will notify You if this is necessary.
7. We will use our reasonable endeavours to complete the performance of the Services within the time agreed or asset the quotation; however, time shall not be of the essence in the performance of our obligations.
8. All of these Terms and Conditions apply to the supply of any goods as well as the Services unless we specify otherwise.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
9. You must obtain any permissions, consents, licences or otherwise that we need and must give us access to any and all relevant information, materials, properties and any other matters which we need to provide the Services. If you do not comply with this clause we can at our sole discretion terminate the Services but You will still be liable to pay the Fees.
10. We are not liable for any delay or failure to provide the Services if this is caused by your failure to comply with clause 9 above.
FEES
11. The fees (Fees) for the Services are on a time and materials basis.
12. In addition to the Fees, we can recover from You:
 a) reasonable incidental expenses including, but not limited to, travelling expenses, hotel costs, subsistence and any associated expenses;
 b) the cost of services provided by third parties and We require for the performance of the Services, and
 c) the cost of any materials required for the provision of the Services.
13. You must pay us for any additional services We provide that are not specified in any quotation in accordance with our then applicable daily rate in effect at the time of performance or such other rate as may be agreed between us. The provisions of clause 12 also apply to these additional services.
14. The Fees are exclusive of any applicable VAT and other taxes or levies imposed or charged by any competent authority.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT
15. We at our sole discretion can withdraw, cancel or amend a quotation if it has not been accepted by you, or if the Services have not started within a period of 14 days from the date of the quotation.
16. If you want to amend any details of the Services you must tell us in writing as soon as possible. We will use our reasonable endeavours to make any required changes and additional costs will be included in the Fees and invoiced to You.
17. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, including those set out in clause 35 below, we have to make any change in the Services or how they are provided, we will notify you immediately. We will use reasonable endeavours to keep any such changes to a minimum.
PAYMENT
18. We will invoice you for payment of the Fees either:
 a) when we have completed the Services, or
 b) on the invoice dates set out in the quotation (or as otherwise agreed between us in writing).
19. You must pay the Fees due within 7 days of the date of our invoice or otherwise in accordance with any other credit terms agreed in writing between us.
20. Time for payment shall be of the essence of the Contract.
21. Without limitation to any other rights or remedies we have for statutory interest, if you do not pay within the period set out above, we will charge you interest at the rate of 8% per annum above the base lending rate of the Bank of England from time to time on the amount outstanding until payment is received in full.
22. All payments due under these Terms and Conditions must be made in full without any deduction or withholding except as required by law and the Customer may not apply any credit, set-off or counterclaim against the Supplier in order to justify withholding payment of any such amount in whole or in part.
23. If you do not pay within the period set out above or on the invoice (whichever is sooner), we can suspend any further provision of the Services and cancel any future services which have been ordered by or otherwise arranged with You.
24. Receipts for payment will be issued by us only at your request.
24. All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing between us.
25. The Supplier may appropriate any payment made by the Customer and apply it in total or partial satisfaction of any sum due from the Customer to the Supplier.
SUBCONTRACTING AND ASSIGNMENT
26. We can at any time assign, transfer, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with any or all of our rights under these Terms and Conditions and can subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of our obligations to any third party.
27. You must not without our prior written consent assign, transfer, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
TERMINATION
28. We can terminate the provision of the Services immediately if you:
 a) commit a material breach of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions; or
 b) fail to make pay any amount due under the Contract on the due date for payment; or
 c) are or become or, in our reasonable opinion, are about to become, the subject of a bankruptcy order or take advantage of any other statutory provision for the relief of an insolvent debtor; or
 d) enter into a voluntary arrangement under Part 1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, or any other scheme or arrangement is made with its creditors; or
 e) convene any meeting of your creditors, enter into voluntary or compulsory liquidation, have a receiver, manager, administrator or administrative receiver appointed in respect of your assets or undertakings or any part of them, any documents are filed with the court for the appointment of an administrator in respect of you, notice of intention to appoint an administrator is given by you or any of your directors or by a qualifying floating charge holder (as defined in para. 14 of Schedule Bl of the Insolvency Act 1986), a resolution is passed or petition presented to any court for your winding up or for the granting of an administration order in respect of you, or any proceedings are commenced relating to your insolvency or possible insolvency.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
29. Unless agreed otherwise in writing we reserve all copyright and any other intellectual property rights of any kind which may subsist in any goods or materials supplied in connection with the provision of the Services. We reserve the right to take any appropriate action to restrain or prevent the infringement of such intellectual property rights.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
30. Our liability under these Terms and Conditions, and in breach of statutory duty, and in tort or misrepresentation or otherwise, shall be limited as set out as follows:
31. The total amount of our liability is limited to the total amount of Fees payable by you under the Contract.
32. We are not liable (whether caused by our employees, agents or otherwise) in connection with our provision of the Services or the performance of any of our other obligations under these Terms and Conditions or the quotation for:
 a) any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, or expenses or,
 b) any loss of profits; loss of anticipated profits; loss of business; loss of data; loss of reputation or goodwill; business interruption; or, other third-party claims; or
 c) any failure to perform any of our obligations if such delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control; or
 d) any losses caused directly or indirectly by any failure or your breach in relation to your obligations; or
 e) any losses arising directly or indirectly from the choice of Services and how they will meet your requirements or your use of the Services or any goods supplied in connection with the Services.
32. You must indemnify us against all damages, costs, claims and expenses suffered by us arising from any loss or damage to any equipment (including that belonging to third parties) caused by you or your agents or employees.
34. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matters for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.
FORCE MAJEURE
35. None of the parties shall be responsible to any other party for any delay in performance or non-performance due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of the parties hereto, but the affected party shall promptly upon the occurrence of any such cause so inform the other parties in writing, stating that such cause has delayed or prevented its performance hereunder and thereafter such parties shall take all action within their power to comply with the terms of this Agreement as fully and promptly as possible. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, Internet Service Provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question. If the delay continues for a period of 90 days, either of us may terminate or cancel the Services to be carried out under these Terms and Conditions.
COMMUNICATIONS
36. All notices under these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and signed by, or on behalf of, the party giving notice (or a duly authorised officer of that party).
37. Notices shall be deemed to have been duly given:
a. when delivered, if delivered by courier or other messenger (including registered mail) during the normal business hours of the recipient;
b. when sent, if transmitted by fax or email and a successful transmission report or return receipt is generated;
c. on the fifth Business Day following mailing, if mailed by national ordinary mail; or
d. on the tenth Business Day following mailing, if mailed by airmail.
A Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales.
38. All notices under these Terms and Conditions must be addressed to the most recent address, email address or fax number notified to the other party.
NO WAIVER
39. The failure of any party at any time to enforce any of the terms, provisions or conditions of this Agreement or to exercise any right hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of the same or affect that party's rights thereafter.
SEVERABILITY
40. If one or more of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that / those provisions will be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions which will remain valid and enforceable.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
41. This Agreement is governed in all respects in accordance with English Law and shall be construed and take effect as an Agreement made in England. All disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
42. You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions and our quotation form the entire agreement between us regarding provision of the Services and that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on our behalf unless such representations or statements are annexed to these Terms and Conditions and signed by both parties.
