  • Between 10–12 employers confirmed as active hosts, with at least 50% offering opportunities during November 2025 – Discover! Creative Careers Month.
  • At least 2–3 confirmed opportunities in the West Midlands and East Midlands, with support for appropriate student matching. Confirmed opportunities in the North East or South West would be an added bonus.
  • Contribution to one sector-specific employer case study or blog post.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of the animation and/or games industry, ideally with direct experience working in or alongside studios.
  • A credible, persuasive communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Experience of working in an outreach, partnerships, or engagement role (formal or informal).
  • Able to self-manage workload, prioritise effectively, and adapt flexibly to different company cultures.
